Farcash is a software service provided by DNFT Inc. ("Farcash", "we", "us", or "our") that enables users to create and use smart wallets tied to their phone number (“PhoneWallet”), send and receive stablecoin-denominated payments, optionally create their own branded stablecoins, and interact with individuals or businesses through messages, payments, and tokens. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you access or use Farcash via our mobile app, web interface, or messaging-based features (collectively, the "Services").

We collect information to provide and improve our Services. This includes:

1. Information You Provide

• Phone Number – Required for account creation, verification, and transaction routing.
• Profile Info – Optional data such as display name, avatar, and messages attached to payments.
• Funding Info – When you fund your wallet (e.g., via Zelle or Stripe), we may receive limited metadata such as amount and method, but not full card or bank details.
• Messages & Content – When you include a message, photo, or note with a transaction, we may store that content temporarily for display purposes.

2. Wallet & Transaction Info

• Wallet Address – A smart wallet address is created when you register.
• Transaction History – We store basic transaction metadata (amount, timestamp, token type, recipient) to support your balance, history, and messaging.
• Token Creation Data – If you create a branded stablecoin, we store metadata like name, symbol, and supply.

3. Device & Usage Data

• Device Info – IP address, operating system, crash reports, and general usage data.
• Session Status – We may record your activity timestamps to improve performance and support.

• Process transactions and display activity
• Deliver transactional notifications via SMS or push
• Support user-to-user and business-to-user messaging
• Prevent abuse and secure the platform

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

DNFT Inc. uses phone numbers to enable messaging and transaction notifications. We treat your SMS-related data as follows:

• Third Parties that Support SMS Delivery: We may share your phone number and related metadata with messaging infrastructure partners (e.g., platform providers, phone companies, or vendors) only to support message delivery. We do not share your opt-in or consent with third parties for unrelated purposes.
• Text Messaging Consent: Your opt-in to receive text messages is used solely for delivering Farcash-related updates. We do not share opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing or unrelated campaigns.
• Affiliates: We may share your Personal Data with affiliates or subsidiaries under common control. Their use of your data will be subject to this Privacy Policy.
